Brown Women’s Swimming and Diving 2025-26 Season Schedule Announced
Brown University’s Women’s Swimming and Diving team is gearing up for an exciting 2025-26 season. Head coach Kate Kovenock, the Mary Ann Lippitt Chair in Women’s Swimming and Diving, leads the way.
This year’s schedule looks tough and should get the team ready for the 2026 Ivy League Championships, which Brown will host. There are some big meets at home and away, so the Bears should get plenty of competition before the main event. For the full schedule, check out the official announcement.
Season Kickoff and Early Road Challenges
Table of Contents
The Bears start their season on October 31 with a meet at Harvard. That’s a pretty tough way to open, but it should set the tone.
Just one day later, Brown will host Yale. It’s a quick turnaround and a chance to show off at home right away.
Tri-Meet at Dartmouth
Next up, the team heads to Dartmouth for a tri-meet against both Princeton and Dartmouth on November 7-8. Facing two Ivy rivals this early could give the Bears a good read on where they stand.
Mid-Season Competitions and Invitational
Brown keeps moving with an away meet at Penn on November 15. Then it’s off to the Bucknell Invite from November 21-23.
Those meets should offer a nice mix of competition and a chance to adjust before the season heats up.
Hosting Bryant and Columbia
After a stretch on the road, the Bears return home to host Bryant on December 6. It’s a good moment to regroup and see how things are coming together.
After winter break, Brown welcomes Columbia on January 17. That meet kicks off the final push of the regular season.
Closing Out the Regular Season
As the season wraps up, the Bears travel to Cornell for a meet on January 30-31. It’s one last big test before the postseason.
The Boston Winter Open follows on February 6-7. This will be the final tune-up before the Ivy League Championships.
The 2026 Ivy League Championships
The season’s highlight is the 2026 Ivy League Championships, hosted by Brown from February 17-21. There’s something special about competing for a title at home, isn’t there?
The team will get to race in front of their own fans, and you can bet that’s going to add some extra energy.
Support from the Brown University Sports Foundation
The Brown University Sports Foundation (BUSF) really helps make this all possible. Their support comes from alumni, parents, fans, and friends who care about these student-athletes.
Those donations go straight to helping the team succeed—in the pool, in the classroom, and around campus. It’s not just lip service; you can see the impact.
How You Can Support the Bears
If you want to help out, your support could mean a lot to these athletes. Contributions to the Sports Foundation give the team the resources they need to compete at their best.
